This is not the usual tech post, but it does include a brief mobile iphone and android app review so I think it qualifies. I'm enjoying a wonderful cup of tea this evening so I thought I would share. I recently bought the Teavana Tea Rhapsody Glass Tea Tumbler and a few packages of loose leaf tea from Teavana. Think of Teavana as a high end national tea store. The variety is impressive and I've already enjoyed a number of new teas that I've never had before.
Tonight I am drinking the Blueberry Bliss Rooibos tea. It has no caffeine so its perfect for an evening cup. The flavor is delicious and I sweetened it will a little German rock sugar.
I use the Tea tumbler to brew the tea. Just add 3 tablespoons of looseleaf tea and a small spoonful of rock sugar to the bottom of the tumber. Then drop in the strainer, fill with hot water, and brew for the recommended brew time. Teavana has a great iphone and android app that lets you choose favorite teas and gives you instructions for how to brew, including water temperature and brew time. The app also features a built in timer with great graphics and exotic music.
Its delicious and its a lot of fun to explore the different teas. I highly recommend.
